1. Introduction
MyCityProperty.com is a property showcase and lead-generation platform operated by Createxo. It enables independent real estate agents, property consultants and agencies to showcase their property listings through dedicated pages and connect directly with prospective buyers and tenants.
These guidelines define the responsibilities, eligibility requirements, service conditions and acceptable practices for agents and agencies using MyCityProperty.com.
By registering, subscribing to or using the platform, agents and agencies agree to comply with these guidelines, the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Property Listing Policy.
2. Eligibility and Registration
MyCityProperty.com is intended for:
- Independent real estate agents.
- Property consultants and brokers.
- Real estate agencies.
- Property marketing professionals.
- Authorised representatives of property owners or developers.
Agents and agencies must:
- Provide genuine and accurate registration information.
- Submit a valid mobile number and WhatsApp contact number.
- Provide their name, agency name and relevant business details.
- Submit applicable RERA registration details wherever legally required.
- Provide additional information or documents if requested for verification.
Createxo reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend or terminate registrations where information is incomplete, misleading or suspicious.
3. Agency Verification and Approval
All agent and agency registrations are subject to approval by MyCityProperty.com / Createxo.
The platform may request:
- Identity or business verification information.
- Contact number verification.
- RERA registration details, wherever applicable.
- Agency information and business address.
- Authorisation or supporting documents where necessary.
Approval does not constitute a guarantee of the agent’s professional credentials, property ownership claims or legal compliance beyond the specific checks expressly communicated by the platform.
4. Dedicated Agency Property Showcase Page
Depending on the selected subscription plan, an approved agent or agency will receive a dedicated property showcase page on MyCityProperty.com.
The dedicated page may include:
- Agent or agency name and branding.
- Contact and WhatsApp enquiry options.
- Property listings submitted under the subscription.
- Property photographs and descriptions.
- Property categories and other relevant details.
- Promotional creatives and reels, where included in the selected plan.
Each agency will be assigned a dedicated page URL.
The agent or agency may share this URL through WhatsApp, social media, advertisements, business cards and other marketing channels.
The page is hosted and managed by MyCityProperty.com / Createxo and is not an independently owned website or domain of the agent.
5. Subscription Plans and Service Limits
Each subscription plan includes specific property listing limits and promotional deliverables.
The current plans are:

All amounts are in Indian Rupees. Applicable taxes, if any, will be communicated at the time of purchase.
The following conditions apply:
- Property listing limits are subject to the selected subscription plan.
- Unused listing or promotional entitlements do not automatically carry forward after subscription expiry.
- Additional services or listings may be charged separately.
- Promotional deliverables must be used within the applicable subscription period.
- Any changes to the subscription or service scope must be confirmed by Createxo.
The latest published pricing and service description will govern new subscriptions, subject to the terms communicated at purchase.
6. Property Submission and Upload Process
Createxo manages property uploads on behalf of subscribed agents and agencies.
Agents and agencies must submit complete property information in the format requested by the platform.
This may include:
- Property title and description.
- Property type and transaction category.
- Location and address.
- Property area and specifications.
- Expected price or rental amount.
- Property photographs.
- Amenities and facilities.
- Applicable RERA and approval information.
- Other details required for publication.
The upload process will begin after successful payment and receipt of complete information.
Incomplete submissions, missing photographs, inaccurate details or delayed responses may affect the publication timeline.
Createxo may request corrections or additional information before publishing a listing.
7. Accuracy and Responsibility for Property Listings
The agent or agency is solely responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of the property information supplied.
Agents must ensure that:
- Every property is genuine and available for the stated transaction, to the best of their knowledge.
- They have permission to advertise the property.
- Property prices and specifications are accurate.
- Photographs represent the actual property or are clearly identified as illustrative.
- Ownership, approvals and RERA details are not misrepresented.
- Sold, rented, withdrawn or unavailable properties are reported promptly.
MyCityProperty.com / Createxo does not become responsible for property ownership, title, legal status, construction quality, pricing or availability merely by publishing a listing.
8. Agent Contact Information and Enquiries
The agent or agency must provide valid telephone and WhatsApp contact information.
By subscribing, the agent acknowledges that the submitted business contact details may be displayed publicly on their dedicated showcase page and associated property listings.
Agents are responsible for:
- Responding to genuine enquiries.
- Providing correct property information.
- Communicating professionally with prospective buyers and tenants.
- Updating the platform if their contact information changes.
- Handling negotiations, site visits and transactions independently.
MyCityProperty.com does not guarantee a minimum number of calls, WhatsApp enquiries, leads, site visits or property transactions.
9. Promotional Creatives and Reels
Where promotional creatives or reels are included in the selected plan:
- Agents must provide accurate property details and suitable photographs or videos.
- Promotional content will be created according to the agreed service scope.
- The number of creatives and reels will be limited to the subscription entitlement.
- Additional creatives, reels, revisions or advertising services may be charged separately.
- The platform may make reasonable changes to content for branding, formatting and compliance.
- Agents must review and communicate factual corrections before promotional publication.
Unless specifically included in writing, paid advertising, advertisement boosting, campaign management and advertising budgets are not part of the subscription.
10. Branding and Use of Platform Materials
Agents may share their dedicated MyCityProperty.com page and published property listings for business promotion.
However:
- The MyCityProperty.com brand, logo, website design, platform structure and proprietary materials remain the property of their respective owners.
- Agents may not claim ownership of the platform or represent themselves as authorised operators of MyCityProperty.com.
- Agents may not remove platform branding or alter platform-generated materials in a misleading manner.
- Use of Createxo or MyCityProperty.com branding in independent advertisements must follow the permissions and guidelines provided by the platform.
11. Prohibited Activities
Agents and agencies must not:
- Submit fake, duplicate or misleading property listings.
- Advertise properties without appropriate authority.
- Publish false prices, approvals, ownership or RERA information.
- Use another agent’s identity or business details without permission.
- Misuse buyer enquiries or engage in fraudulent activities.
- Upload copyrighted content without permission.
- Use the platform for spam, unlawful solicitation or misleading promotions.
- Make false claims about MyCityProperty.com or Createxo.
- Attempt to damage, disrupt or misuse the platform.
- Engage in conduct that harms buyers, property owners, other agents or the platform’s reputation.
12. Suspension and Removal of Listings
MyCityProperty.com / Createxo reserves the right to:
- Request clarification or supporting documents.
- Reject incomplete or non-compliant listings.
- Hide or remove misleading or outdated property listings.
- Suspend promotional activities where necessary.
- Temporarily suspend an agency page during an investigation.
- Terminate access in cases of fraud, serious misconduct or repeated policy violations.
Where immediate action is reasonably necessary to prevent suspected fraud, legal violations or harm to users, the platform may suspend or remove content without prior notice.
Refund eligibility, where applicable, will be governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.
13. Subscription Renewal and Expiry
Subscriptions are valid for the period specified in the selected plan.
- Renewal is the responsibility of the agent or agency.
- Renewal charges will be communicated before purchase.
- The platform may send reminders before expiry.
- Upon expiry, the platform may suspend the dedicated page, promotional services or listing publication.
- Continued service after expiry is subject to successful renewal.
- Any renewal, upgrade or additional service will be subject to the applicable pricing and terms at that time.
14. Data, Privacy and Confidentiality
Agents must handle buyer and tenant contact information responsibly.
Agents must not:
- Sell or misuse enquiry contact details.
- Share personal information without an appropriate lawful basis.
- Send unsolicited or misleading communications.
- Use enquiry information for purposes unrelated to the enquiry without appropriate permission.
The platform’s Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used and shared.
15. No Guarantee of Business Results
MyCityProperty.com is a property showcase and lead-generation platform.
Createxo does not guarantee:
- A fixed number of enquiries or leads.
- Property sales or rentals.
- Conversion of enquiries into customers.
- A particular search engine ranking or website traffic.
- A particular return on investment.
- Continuous availability of third-party services or communication platforms.
Business results depend on several factors, including property pricing, location, demand, listing quality, competition, agent responsiveness and market conditions.
16. Relationship Between Agent and Platform
Subscription to MyCityProperty.com does not create an employment, partnership, franchise, joint venture or agency relationship between Createxo and the subscribing agent or agency.
Agents and agencies operate their own independent real estate businesses and are responsible for their own clients, transactions, representations, taxes and legal obligations.
MyCityProperty.com / Createxo acts as a property showcase and lead-generation service provider and does not act as a party to property sale, purchase, rental or brokerage agreements.
17. Changes to Guidelines
MyCityProperty.com / Createxo may revise these guidelines to improve platform operations, introduce new services or address legal and operational requirements.
The latest version will be published on the website with its updated date. Material changes affecting existing subscriptions will be handled in accordance with applicable law and relevant contractual commitments.

- I/We have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Property Listing Policy and these Agent & Agency Guidelines.
- I/We understand the subscription limits, service scope and responsibilities described above.
- I/We understand that MyCityProperty.com does not guarantee leads, property sales or rental transactions.
