MyCityProperty.com provides property listing, property showcase page creation, and related promotional services to real estate agents and agencies.
We aim to deliver the services within the timelines communicated at the time of purchase. All payments are subject to the terms outlined in this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
2. Eligibility for Refund
A refund will be considered only in the following situation:
- If MyCityProperty.com / Createxo fails to upload the agreed property listings within the committed time period due to reasons attributable to us, the customer will be eligible to request a refund.
- The refund request must relate to the service that could not be delivered within the committed timeline.
- Any refund will be processed after reviewing the order, payment, submitted information, and agreed delivery timeline.
3. No Cancellation & No Refund After Work Commences
- Once work on the customer’s property showcase page or listing service has commenced, the order cannot be cancelled.
- Once the dedicated property page is created and made Live on MyCityProperty.com, no cancellation or refund will be permitted.
- This applies even if the customer subsequently decides not to use the service, changes their business plans, or no longer wishes to display the property listings.
- Fees paid for completed work, page creation, design, setup, or services already delivered are non-refundable, subject to applicable law.
4. Delay in Providing Property Information
The customer is responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely property listing information, including:
- Property details and specifications.
- Property photographs and videos, wherever applicable.
- Location and pricing information.
- Relevant approvals, documents, and verification details, where required.
- Agent or agency contact information.
MyCityProperty.com / Createxo will not be responsible for delays caused by the customer’s failure to provide the required information, photographs, documents, approvals, or corrections on time.
The committed delivery timeline will begin only after the required information and materials have been received in complete form and payment has been confirmed.
Any delay caused by incomplete, inaccurate, late, or subsequently revised information submitted by the customer may extend the delivery timeline accordingly.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure that:
- All submitted property information is accurate and up to date.
- They have the necessary authority and permission to advertise the properties.
- Photographs and other materials submitted do not violate third-party rights.
- Any corrections or additional information requested by our team are provided promptly.
Delays arising from the customer’s responsibilities will not qualify for a refund.
6. Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved:
- The refund will be initiated through the original payment method wherever possible.
- The processing time may depend on the payment gateway or banking institution.
- Any applicable refund processing charges, if legally permissible and disclosed, may be adjusted.
7. Exceptions & Applicable Law
Nothing in this policy is intended to restrict or exclude any consumer right or statutory remedy that cannot legally be waived under applicable Indian law.
Any refund or cancellation request will be reviewed in accordance with this policy and applicable laws.
